CMG helps deliver joy to children in Thailand through “The 14th Million Gifts, Million Smiles” campaign
Central Marketing Group (CMG), a subsidiary of Central Retail, collaborated with Central Group and the Royal Thai Army, as well as network partners, in a gift-sorting effort to prepare thousands of gifts for distribution to children in Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and four districts in Songkhla province.
The activity, part of 'The 14th Million Gifts, Million Smiles' campaign, is based on the concept 'From the Hearts to the Smiles', initiated by Central Group and the Royal Thai Army, aims to highlight the generosity of the Thai people who are always willing to lend a hand to one another.
CMG is proud to be a part of this important effort to spread smiles, care, and encouragement to children in rural locations during the New Year Festival and Children's Day and to enhance their standard of living. It is CMG's company belief that the ongoing Million Gifts, Million Smiles campaign will serve as another powerful motivator for young people to develop into responsible adults who will contribute significantly to the betterment of society.
Somkamol Chirathivat, Community Director of Central Group and Piyanut Jitsangalert, Head of Lee, Guess Apparel, Bag & Jockey for HER as the CMG representative, participated in the activity at the Bangna distribution center. In all, CMG donated more than 300 high-quality garments and denim items from Lee and Lee Kids worth more than 585,000 Baht.
