Head of Guess Group and Licensed & Owned Brands

When I learned I would become a father, the most important thing I knew I had to do was create happiness and stability in my child’s life. CMG has been a key part of providing that stability for me and my family, as CMG allows me to pursue my passion while achieving true work-life integration. My child sees my enjoyment in work and is inspired to follow in my footsteps one day.

Being a father goes beyond the family. With my team, I embrace the role of a mentor—providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and ensuring stability so they can feel confident in their work. Thank you, CMG, for enabling me to work effectively while also enjoying a fulfilling life.

To me, my father is my hero. He taught me the importance of caring for family, showing gratitude, respecting and empathizing with others, and protecting and nurturing me with gentleness. I am incredibly excited to become a father.

There are so many values I want to teach my child, starting with being a good member of the family, having the confidence to express themselves, and, most importantly, fostering love: love for family, their responsibilities, themselves, and for sharing with others without taking advantage of anyone around them.

What I have learned from my father about work is always to give my best effort, go all out, strive for the highest, and tackle every problem with determination. In a diverse work environment with various roles, responsibilities, and ages, it is important to understand others, their needs, and perspectives. Everyone has diverse backgrounds and objectives to achieve. By showing empathy, valuing everyone equally, and respecting various positions, we can maintain positive work relationships.

My father has inspired me to persevere when facing challenges and to find solutions when obstacles arise. He taught me the importance of discipline, prioritizing tasks, and creating strategies to increase work efficiency. Finally, I have realized that strategy is not just for work; it is also a part of everyday life.

Since childhood, I have seen my father as someone deeply dedicated to his work. As a civil servant in the Irrigation Department, specializing in field operations, he was not only a responsible leader but also someone who managed his team with both compromise and firmness while maintaining a serious attitude.

Outside work, my father was like an older brother, approachable and friendly with everyone. These qualities have greatly influenced my approach to work, helping me to be selfless, sincere, and always ready to collaborate with my colleagues, which has ultimately improved my work effectiveness.
