CMG on track to achieve over +20% in Beauty sales in 2023, through Innovation and New Brands

Central Marketing Group (cmg), a subsidiary of Central Retail Corporation (CRC), Thailand's leading distributor of over 40 top global brands in fashion, beauty, watches, and technology lifestyle segments, is on track to delivering over +20% growth in revenue through its Beauty brands.  CMG is driving revenue growth in Beauty primarily through continued innovation, and new brands.   This is to respond to the expanding beauty market and consumer preferences for products that drive superior results, while being natural, organic, and sustainable.  

 

Mr. Edwin Yap Hawson, President of Central Marketing Group (CMG), a subsidiary of Central Retail Corporation, stated, "After the COVID-19 crisis has settled down, we can clearly see that most consumers paid more attention to beauty, demanding even higher performance from skin care products, while being more experimental in make-up and fragrance.   Furthermore, the return of tourists to Thailand has further accelerated the growth and competitiveness in the Beauty market, which is worth more than 23 billion baht.   We at CMG have ramped up our innovation across all key segments of beauty, such as facial skin care, body care, makeup, and fragrances, to cater to our consumer’s needs.  We are currently executing our 400 million baht investment plan, which includes the launch and expansion new brands, marketing campaigns to drive innovation, and improvements in our omni-channel services.
